DDR3 SDRAM

Micron DDR3 SDRAMs lead the way in key areas like power consumption, signaling speeds, and bandwidth, delivering new levels of performance to desktop, notebook, and server computing systems 

RLDRAM

micron rldramRLDRAM® (Reduced-latency DRAM) is a low-latency, high-bandwidth DRAM that's designed for demanding networking tasks and L3 cache, as well as other applications that require back-to-back READ/WRITE operations or completely random access. Micron's is a high-performance, high-density RLDRAMs offers fast SRAM-like random access and outpaces even leading-edge DDR3 for sustained high bandwidth. The devices use innovative circuit design to minimise the time between the beginning of an access cycle and the instant that the first data is available. Ultra-low bus turnaround time enables higher sustainable bandwidth with near-term balanced read-to-write ratios. The bank-scheduled auto refresh feature improves bandwidth by enabling the controller to hide REFRESH commands behind normal operations.

Mobile LPDRAM

They uses a JEDEC-standard 1.8V I/O power supply -1.2V for LPDDR2 - which enables low standby current and low self refresh to extends battery life and leaverage lower Idd voltages. On-chip temperature-compensated self refresh (TCSR) and partial-array self refresh (PASR) modes ensure battery power isn't consumed unnecessarily. Micron was the first to deliver maximum clock speeds of 200 MHz in Mobile LPDDR devices, enabling blazing-fast transfer speeds of 400 Mb/s, and its LPDDR2-1066 part is pushing the benchmark even further, to 533 MHz.

PSRAM/CellularRAM

It also uses the same voltage range, package options, and ball assignments as standard SRAM.
